PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT
Perception management is a propaganda technique designed to alter the perceptions of a target audience: An essential component of psyops and information warfare.

Years ago, I wondered if alt-media's deliberate avoidance and denial of certain subjects, alongside its promotion of numerous psyops, hoaxes, and frauds, stemmed from gross stupidity, willful ignorance, cognitive dissonance, or simply laziness – perhaps a combination. However, the consistent denial of hidden tactics, legal and criminal frauds, and even basic logic and common sense points to only one conclusion: coordination.
The mathematical probabilities of all alt-media using the same propaganda techniques, concealing the same truths, suppressing the same subjects, repeating the same lies, using NLP, gaslighting, diverting their audience with spurious sources, silencing criticism and questions, repeating fear programs, and echoing Masonic numerology, Gematria, and symbolism prevalent in mainstream media—yet tacitly or overtly denying its relevance or existence—are statistically impossible.
The seven year old Manchester Arena hoax was raised from the dead, yet again by Iain Davis, like a zombie sequel that just won’t die.
In this latest episodic epic “Where’s Ruth?” Davis and Co examine dubious, blurred excerpts of alleged CCTV still from the Manchester hoax “Inquiry”. The figures in the footage are unidentifiable due to the low quality of the images.
Diversion tactics often go hand-in-hand with evasion.
Iain Davis and David Hughes pretend they’re unaware CCTV footage and published photographs are easily altered, manipulated, and manufactured by the faux authorities. None of the alleged CCTV footage presented at the staged ‘Inquiry’ or elsewhere has been forensically proven valid or unaltered.
SUBSTACK’S CYBER AMBIEN
Endless multi-part sagas (David Hughes is up to 20) on the Manchester Arena hoax in 2017 and the staged “trial” of Hibbert v Hall, have some questioning the point, and both authors’ motives.

Is this a joke, or are Davis's comments actually this absurd? The constant contradictions and his oh-so-subtle, not at all misleading and prejudicial word choices are hyperbolic and false.
There was no “massive, domestic false flag terror attack”.
It was a Hoax. A drill. An exercise.
Blurry images don’t constitute “clear evidence”. On the contrary.

The low-quality CCTV footage supplied by the faux authorities shouldn’t be presumed, untampered nor unaltered. Davis’s conjecture, in line with his overall body of work, is highly speculative, riddled with inaccuracies and fundamentally feeble.
Why would anyone believe the government and media, given their track record of consistent lies, on any and every matter? And who are Davis or Hughes to presume whatever digital pap they serve up second-hand, constitutes “evidence”?
Davis shows utter contempt for his readership.
The Manchester HOAX is cut and dried. One ten minute video on this hoax is enough “evidence”.
DUPING DELIGHT
The clip below illustrates Ariana Grande displaying duper’s delight—laughing, smiling, and giggling at the Manchester One Love Benefit Concert, which took place just two weeks after the hoax.
The claim by Iain Davis and David Hughes have "clear evidence" of fraud is based on footage which is unverifiable. It may have been altered, spliced, photoshopped frame by frame, falsely time-stamped, rendered with CGI, or filmed before, after or during the Manchester Arena 'bomb' hoax.
The 911clues forum and the “September Clues” film proved all the 9/11 footage broadcast to the world was fake. The media was not just complicit, they were a partner in the deception. The planes were CGI and obviously so. Even the demolition footage of building 7 was altered.
NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING
Davis and Hughes, by continually repeating the lies of the authority in regards to the hoax, are doing their job for them.
NLP works through repetition of specific words that trigger the fight or flight response, subconsciously.

TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL
Trauma-based mind control techniques involve repetition of lies, the use of traumatic imagery and language to evoke a strong emotional response.
This technique bypasses the pre-frontal cortex, hindering critical thinking and reasoning. Repeated exposure to mass mind control techniques in media or 'government' programming, particularly the reiteration of falsehoods, subliminally influences audiences beyond their conscious awareness.
Our subconscious collects repetition as a survival tool.
Trigger words, sounds, images and symbols then work as cues to activate subliminal responses. The target audience can’t tell truth from fiction. They can’t conceive that media created scripted content, specifically designed and disseminated to influence their behavior, thoughts, emotions, actions—or inaction—is an illusory construct to control humanity’s thoughts, actions and behavior.
To traumatize generations using the JFK assassination hoax, the Zapruder film, released twelve years after the event, has been proven as altered and inauthentic.
With distractive focus on the minutiae, controlled opposition "researchers" led the public in endless debates, consuming their attention with irrelevant specifics about a hoax.
REPETITION OF LIES
Another tactic of psychological warfare is to bombard the audience with an overload of information, including irrelevant details, and incessantly repeat lies. Even when lies are rebutted it’s only the REPETITION the subconscious stores, not the rebuttal.
David Hughes uses this technique in all his work.
David Hughes has cast aside those pesky little things called "caveats" and "qualifiers."
Why muddy the waters with nuance when you can just regurgitate every dubious claim and outright fabrication in a sprawling twenty-part epic?
A testament to unbiased truth, where repetition magically transforms falsehoods into fact. His commitment to unwavering inaccuracy is propaganda 101.
INFORMATION OVERLOAD
The JFK hoax too, involved a constant barrage of elements fed to a traumatized audience: an ever-shifting list of suspects, the "magic bullet" theory, ambiguous photos from the grassy knoll and the library, and manipulated autopsy images. The aim of this endless public debate was multi-pronged:
Lionizing the Knights of Columbus media actor and Crown Temple agent (Lawyer and BAR association member).
Manufacturing an illusion of a “deep state” rather than exposing the criminality of ‘The State’.
Reinforcing the voting psyop and the nation vs nation psyop. Politicians are actors not “leaders”.
Preventing exposure of the hoax in the staged psychodrama, Killing of the King - an occult media ritual, played out on the World Stage.
Declaring the cryptocracy’s supremacy and omnipotence, through fear.
Re-inflict and reinforce trauma based mind control.
Trauma based mind control is the real purpose of mass media, “entertainment” and the repetitive news cycle.

Coordinated, orchestrated Hegelian Dialectic (faux opposing dualities) have been used throughout the ages to maintain control of populations.
The Gunpowder plot hoax in 1605 demonstrates the length of time the cryptocracy, Vatican, Monarchy and Jesuits have been hoaxing terror to ‘Divide and Conquer’.
Authors on substack and alt media, refuse to explain the burden of proof legally and philosophically is on the (faux) media and (faux) authorities to prove any and all claims.
CLUELESS OR CON MAN?
Davis's entire argument, evident throughout his writing, relies on arguing from authority by selectively limiting and omitting information he deems constitutes “evidence"—namely, propaganda from government and media.
He picks and chooses his "evidence" based on convenience, not on consistency.
A fundamental inconsistency undermines Davis's argument. He can’t simultaneously assert that the government pulled a “hoaxed false flag” and then uncritically accept the accuracy and authenticity of the "evidence" it produced or released in its own manipulated Inquiry and “trials”.
Davis demonstrates a misunderstanding (or deception) of legal terminology by repeatedly mislabeling digital CCTV footage as "physical evidence” in “Where’s Ruth”.
CCTV footage is Digital Evidence. It’s stored and transmitted in digital form.
Testimony is not Physical Evidence.

Davis can’t comprehend the binary nature of the digital realm. He’s grossly unqualified to speak on matters beyond his limited grasp.
The material released that Davis falsely claims is “evidence” has already been edited, redacted, and consists of unauthenticated low-quality images, photoshopped social media pictures, images with wiped metadata and rehearsed testimony from crisis actors and government hired participants in a hoax.
Crucially, no published photographs, stills, or CCTV footage have ever been independently forensically examined, evaluated, or secured with a documented chain of custody.
Subsequently "evidence" presented by the false authorities, the press, and their minions is worthless.
With regard to the Manchester Arena Hoax I’ve previously outlined motives, organizations and methods used by the faux authorities:
CARTEL WORDS AND PHRASES
In particular the Resilient Cities Network, a Rockefeller created org, which manages the Greater Manchester area, but is ultimately controlled through the UN are instrumental in planning these hoaxes. So too are the #STRONG cities networks.
David Hughes naturally, ignores the relevance of the National Ambulance RESILIENT Unit in #19 of his repetitive, error-laden snooze-fest, re-iterating ‘State’ propaganda, to affirm useless testimony provided at the ‘Inquiry’.
RESILIENT and RESILIENCE are keywords and tenets of the UN SDGs.
A quick search of the word “resilient” on gov.UK gave 6,669 results. Just a coincidence!
Whether it's a 15-minute, SMART, STRONG, or RESILIENT city, the goal is consistent: private property seizure, wealth prohibition, 24/7 digital surveillance technocracy, movement restriction and mass depopulation, all justified by the UN's sustainable development goals.
These long-term plans even predating the UN and the League of Nations, have been implemented over the last century. Central world control was previously coordinated through the Holy Roman Empire and its monarchical, religious, and corporate networks.
The HRE still rules from the office of the Holy See, through multiple supranational orgs and franchises including the Crown Temple, Bank for International Settlements, IMF, World Bank, WTO and the UN, to name but a few.
WHO BENEFITS FROM ‘TERROR’?
Blowing oneself or others up is illogical; it's a futile act that advances no cause. The only entity that profits from "terror" is ‘the State’. Terrorism backfires, inciting public revulsion and hostility towards alleged "terrorists".
Davis and Hughes overlook or downplay the numerous motives of the sham authorities who orchestrate, then stage global hoaxes, legal psyops, crimes, and crises.
Here Davis suggests to Gareth Icke (Nepo baby of controlled opposition agent and former BBC mouthpiece, David Icke) that Abedi and his brother were actual terrorists.
Just card-carrying members of a cooked up Libyan "Terror" Org, right?
I suppose we're also meant to believe that Davis and Hughes accidentally overlooked the minor detail of the Abedi brothers being obvious actors in a staged hoax and subsequent prosecution psyop, just like the farcical trial of Richard D Hall.
These so-called “terror” orgs (including Al Qaeda) are all state created fantasies, using hired actors/assets posed in front of State created decals complete with Holy Roman Empire (HRE) symbology, such as Rome’s Standard - eagle (Aquila) and the Roman laurel wreath.
Davis claims terror is real, where “people really are killed in terror attacks” yet can’t produce any “abundant” “proof” to support these claims. He simply repeats propaganda.
It's fascinating how "real" these events are in his mind, yet any compelling proof remains so... illusory and theoretical.
HYPOCRISY AND DELUSION
Davis bases his belief in the veracity of Operation Gladio on unreliable blather from the BBC and Daniele Ganser. His consistent reliance on false authority and bogus sources is yet more hypocrisy.
Does he know the Cold War was fake, the Space Race was fake, or that Nukes are Fake? Apparently not! The entire premise of the Gladio Operation Psyop was a stay behind army in Europe post WWII, because the US was supposedly fearful of a Soviet Invasion… hilarious pap for the delusional and dull witted.
Davis drones on about the NWO given the slightest chance, ignoring the historical reality that the NWO has been active since at least 1776, a concept reflected in the "Novus Ordo Seclorum" motto, on the seal of the U.S. dollar bill. IN PLAIN SIGHT.
Fabricated terror orgs such as those participating in the ‘Gladio Operation’ psyop - Ordine Nuovo (New Order) and the Red Brigades are as phony as ‘State’ creations here in North America.
The CIA endorsed the Red Brigades as real, which is all we need to know they’re fake.
‘State’ fabricated terror orgs historically, are inarguable. For instance, the Security Intelligence Service (SIS) formed Bakunin's international (faux) anarchist movement. Mikhail Bakunin was a former Metternichian police provocateur in the 1840s, installed as an anarchist leader through Rothschild funds, laundered by SIS agents.
‘State’ creations include all unions, political parties, Militias and religious cults.
FICTIONAL BORDERS
The carefully crafted illusion of enmity between arms length corporations posing as independent govern-ments, props up the delusion of faux nation states, hiding their true status as privately owned, centrally controlled, legal fictions.
It’s racketeering.
Governments use mob tactics, operating a protection racket to expand police state power and unlawful taxation. They feign public welfare concerns by fabricating terror, crime, pandemics, nuclear threats, hacking, financial or political crises, and collusive wars between centrally controlled, privately owned, for-profit corporate entities.
Your local, state or federal government is not a public institution. This pernicious lie is achieved using Ordo ab Chao.
Multiple faux nation states are in the process of passing euthanasia laws. Proof positive they’re unconcerned about ‘public safety’, or their citizen’s welfare, yet eager to send granny to an early grave.
The cryptocracy doesn't disguise its depopulation agenda yet controlled opposition authors like Davis and Hughes both promote imaginary pathogens, obscuring the truth that iatrogenesis is the leading cause of death.
The medical industry cartel rakes in trillions by misclassifying and manufacturing disease, resulting in an estimated million or more deaths annually in the US alone.
That’s the REAL GENOCIDE numbers the Keystone Kops and other substack shills won’t ever mention.
VIRUS SHILLING AND CONTAGION LIES
The ‘Cult of the Medics’ disguised as the scientific and medical industrial complex, has its roots in the military Catholic Order, the Knights Hospitaller, who formed in the early 12th century. They’ve been replaced over time by five distinct organizations, but have expanded their authority and reach, to carry on their traditions using the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of Saint John, the Bailiwick of Brandenburg of the Chivalric Order of Saint John, the Order of Saint John in the Netherlands, and in Sweden, the Order of Montesa, along with Rockefeller Medicine, the Red Cross, PhRMA, biotech, hospitals, HMOs, AMA, FDA, WHO, CDC, major medical journals etc.
The Cov-ID hoax facilitated the largest wealth transfer in history and 15 million excess deaths worldwide, in 2021 alone. Iain Davis and David Hughes both promote the legal Psyops (Hibbert v Hall, Eve’s Law) that inevitably accompany terror hoaxes. There are more holes in these so-called “cases" than a Swiss cheese convention.
This Controlled Opposition list isn’t comprehensive but correctly acknowledges RichPlanet (RD Hall) and Davis’s cohorts as ‘controlled opposition’.
Apparently, Hughes and Iain Davis moonlight in performance art, both with a starring role in the sidesplitting “Nuremberg 2.0” (Corona Investigative Committee) – a BND-CIA-MI6 comedy production so convincing, it spawned its own sequel: another legal "persecution psyop” about stolen donations and Mexican real estate.
The first Nuremberg trial was equally fake. That’s a huge clue the 2.0 version was also 100% fake.
THE PERSECUTION PSYOP
In the “PERSECUTION PSYOP” actor-assets are faux prosecuted, faux sentenced, faux imprisoned or faux sued in scripted court cases.
GLARING OMISSIONS
— Hughes and Davis ignore Martin Hibbert’s background as a Private Banker for NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays Bank.
— Hibbert in January, 2017 (Standing) while promoting his appointment in the Woodrow Mercer (Mercantile) and FDYL merger.
— Sarah Gillbard also works at Barclays Bank.
— Paul Oakley was Richard D Hall’s QC in the latter stage of his legal psyop. Oakley was the immigration spokesperson for the UKIP party and participated in the Bexit psyop.
— Oakley was part of another fabricated media psyop with two ‘State’ created orgs; Hope not Hate and the Workers of England Union.
— Ruth Murrell claims she’s “been working closely with Brendan Cox, widower of MP Jo Cox.“
— The fake and staged Jo Cox “assassination” is another blatantly obvious “terror” hoax complete with the obligatory masonic shoe symbol.
— Davis and Hughes don’t call out the glaring fact that there was no Inquest.
— Emily Murrell was a pupil at St Augustine’s: There’s the Jesuit, Vatican link again.
MORE OMISSIONS
Controlled opposition and the faux freedom community on substack have a pattern of omitting the following:
The state has no lawful power or legal authority.
The Crown Temple is a private guild and legal franchise operating for-profit courts, using ‘color of law’.
The Law vs Color of Law “Color” means “An appearance, semblance, or simulacrum, as distinguished from that which is real.”
The Legal System and power of the state, emanates from canon law and the Vatican, the Priest Class in the Cult of Saturn: All religions are one.

Voting has always been a psyop. Nobody can transfer rights they don’t already have to anyone else, by “voting”.
The nation state psyop is an illusion to obscure central world control and ownership. Under technocracy, there’s no need to maintain the illusion of faux nation states. Hence, 2020 and the Cov-ID hoax perpetrated worldwide was the big reveal.
Secret Societies, Freemasonry, the Jesuits, the Holy See and Vatican’s control is achieved through order following, secrecy, mind control and blood oaths.
Fraud is rampant in medicine, science, politics, geopolitics, economics, finance, law, religion, history, education etc.
Those feigning opposition to tyranny don’t supply valid solutions like jury nullification or list immediate actions readers can take to slow down the implementation of digital IDs and CBDCs, using barter networks, private membership clubs, cooperatives and/or trusts.

Instead, they push the NSA’s Bitcoin which is bait and switch technocracy.
The goals of controlled opposition Counter-Intelligence agents appear to be, to hide larger truths, promote psyops, engender fear of the cryptocracy and their omnipotence, while priming their audience for technocratic tyranny, fixing their gaze on the irrelevant or false.
The slow drip of limited truth subconsciously generates acceptance of the unlawful policies of “the State” and its corporate cartel subsidiary network, resulting in paralysis as they remain transfixed on the spectacle.
Michael A. Hoffman explains in Secret Societies and Psychological Warfare the alchemical processing of humanity occurs when the cryptocracy give notice of their supremacy, elevating themselves as virtuoso criminal masterminds, above the law and beyond reproach.

Controlled opposition, working in counterintelligence teams they call “media alliances” reinforce the belief that we’re without recourse, to encourage apathy and aboulia, demoralizing their audience. They want us to concede to a fraudulent system of false authority, instead of taking action through mass resistance.

The Manchester Arena hoax has symbolic references to the Vatican’s Barberini legacy and the transition to technocratic tyranny and loss of rights.
Bees as a Royal and heraldic symbol, are also used by the Knights Templars (Inner Temple, Crown Temple) the Merovingians, Napoleonic bees and of course, Egyptian Bees: The Pharaoh of Lower Egypt was called “the Bee King”.
“Apiculture in the Prehistoric Aegean”, suggests that the double headed axe of the Minoans was a stylised bee symbol.
The Labrys symbol in the faux terror org - Ordine Nuovo (New Order) - was not only a reference to the Bull (Baal) Cult of the Minoan-Greek civilization, circa 3000BC-11000BC but also symbolizes the bee (and hive).
The double headed axe symbol is also the Tau cross. It’s decidedly masonic. Ordine Nuovo predictably uses the black, white and red Templar Knights colors.
The Black and White on the war flag of the Templars, symbolized their ferocity towards their enemies and kindness towards their friends. Later, a Red Cross was added to the banner in the 13thC.
